Damaged Products

While we hope your order arrive in perfect condition, we understand accidents happen. If your candle is damaged during shipment, snap a quick pic and send it, along with your receipt, to info@rewickme.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll happily replace or refund your item

Sale and Limited Edition Items

We want you to enjoy your special finds, so please note that sale items, gift cards, and limited edition products can't be exchanged, returned, or refunded. We can make a price match within 7 days of purchase if the item later on has been on sale.

 Time Limit for Returns

Life gets busy, we get it! But to keep things running smoothly, we can only accept exchanges, returns, or refunds to store credit within 14 days of your original purchase date.

Retailer Purchases

If you purchased our products from a retailer, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time. Please reach out to the retailer directly for assistance.

Order Cancellation

Change your mind? No worries! Shoot us an email at info@rewickme.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to cancel it for you, but keep in mind that if the package has already left facility, cancellation isn't guaranteed.
