Order Processing Time:

At Rewickme, we're dedicated to getting your orders out fast. Our standard order processing time is 1-3 business days. For our local GTA candle lovers, we are happy to offer next-day delivery service, place your order the day before, so you can expect to receive your package the next day.

- If any product takes a bit longer to process, don't worry; we'll make sure to mention it in the product description. During busy times, we might experience a slight delay, but we promise to keep it to a minimum. If there's any significant delay expected, we'll give you a heads-up on our website and social media, so stay tuned!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for your convenience. We work with trusted shipping providers like Canada Post, UPS, and Chit Chat to ensure reliable delivery. Delivery estimates vary depending on the shipping option you choose, typically within 3-8 business days.

- Please note that shipping times are only estimates and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed. While we do our best to ensure your order gets to you ASAP, sometimes unexpected delays can happen once your package leaves our hands. Rest assured, we're here to help if you have any questions or concerns.

Shipment Confirmation:

Once we ship your order, you'll get an email confirmation with a tracking number. Give it up to 24 hours for the tracking number to start working.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

While we pack your goodies with care, we can't control what happens during transit. If your package is lost during transit or returned to us because of an incorrect address, customers need to cover the cost of reshipping. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
